INSTRUCTIONAL LEAGUE SUMMARY
This is not your typical basketball league, we introduce players to every aspect of the game in phases that are easy to learn and execute. Each phase has a specific development objective, practice plan and drills to improve player performance and confidence.

3-on-3 game format emphasizing more player involvement, and less court congestion. Key teaching points are screens, cuts, give-n-go, pick-n-role, positioning and other basic player-to-player fundamentals.
3-on-3 game format emphasizing intermediate man-2-man defensive and offensive techniques. Key teaching points are perimeter and post player roles, responsibilities and movement.
5-on-5 game format with emphasis on advance man-2-man tactics such as transition and special game situations involving jump balls, controlled offense & inbound plays.
5-on-5 game format with emphasis on various defensive strategies including man-2-man, full-court zone pressure, half-court zones and basic offensive plays including press-breaker.
